This can be done in your account! Have you lost your password? Request a new password on the 'my account' page. You will receive an email within a few seconds.

Unfortunately orders cannot be canceled. As soon as an order has been placed, our warehouse employees will receive a notification and your package will be prepared immediately. You can always return your order as soon as you have received it, see the 'return' heading for how to return. 

Didn't receive a track & trace code? You can request your Track & trace number from us.

We don't have a shop, Hardfestival only sells its products online on the webshop. Our products are in our warehouse, so we do not have the products in stock at our office.

Average delivery time for Dutch orders is 1 working day. Orders placed before 16:00 will be delivered the next working day.

Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered with PostNL. Orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium with DHL or DPD.
